10 Days Replacement Policy:
- If there is any manufacturing defects, cracks, or damages in the products, customer can replace it.
- Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.
In following conditions, order shall not be eligible for replacement:
- Damages, Defects or cracks due the misuse of products.
- Incidental damage due to handling of products.
- Performance related issues like usage and maintenance which vary from user to user.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
- Time elapsed beyond 10 days after delivery.
- Minor scratches or minor variation in color will not be accepted for replacement. As these are natural materials, each product will be unique with minor difference between each product.
Product replacement is subject to availability of stock of the item. If the product is out of stock or a replacement can’t be issued, we will initiate full refund with successful pick up of the product at no extra cost.
